The property plates or plaques and labels with bar codes make faster and easier the property control of fixed assets and assets of each organization

Property plaques can be made of aluminum, vinyl and polyester. These materials are used most because improve bar codes reading.

Each physical asset should receive a bar code fixed plaque. After this step, the inventory is being done through a data collector.

Connect the loaded data collector to computer and discharge data at software assets management that will compare the physical assets and accounting records; from then on the system itself generates reports indicating possible divergences.

Remember that the speed and accuracy of this process can be performed several times during the year, allowing full and total control of the property.
